BROOKLYN, NY — Extravagant backstage clubs and lounges have become the norm at sports and entertainment venues in a never-ending quest to lure and cater to premium buyer segments. So, it was no surprise when Brooklyn’s Barclays Center unveiled its newest entry in the premium industry “one-upsmanship” race.
Operating in the ultra-competitive New York market, BSE Global needed a new world-class offering for their high-rollers…. and, in partnership with premium restauranteur Major Food Group and swanky interior designer Ken Fulk, the collective team absolutely over-delivered with the introduction of The Crown Club. It’s a venue space so unique and opulent that it’s almost impossible for guests not to feel transported into an exclusive luxury vibe before and after Nets/Liberty games and concerts.
But it’s not the club itself that delivers the most dynamic impression… instead, it is something completely unexpected — a surprisingly innovative idea that ended up sparking the launch of this platform. On a behind-the-scenes tour of the venue, we uncovered the real gem — a candy room tucked into an unsuspecting corner off of the Crown Club dining area. Through a secret passageway, the luxury experience quickly transformed into a magical experience!
“The Pantry” is stocked with every kind of sugary sweet and candy-coated confections imaginable, all elegantly displayed and available free of charge for guests who have access to the Crown Club.
